1990 Documented reliquary theca with relics of 3 Martyrs: St. Dominic Henares, Sts. Martyrs John & Paul, St. Roderick

Round yellow-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing three first-class ex ossibus  (of the bone) relics of Christian Martyrs: Saint Dominic Henares, Saint Martyrs John and Paul, and Saint Roderick. The relics are affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula labels.  On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Order of Preachers (the Dominicans). The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed in 1990 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Causes of Canonization.

Saint Dominic Henares (†1838) was a Spanish Dominican Bishop venerated as a martyr of Vietnam. He became coadjutor to St. Ignatius Delgado, vicar apostolic of Vietnam. He particularly helped priests and served as an aide to Bishop Dominic. When the persecution of Catholics in Vietnam intensified, both men were arrested. They were martyred by beheading on this date in 1838 for their refusal to give up their faith. He was canonized in 1988 and his Feastday is commemorated on June 25.

Saint Martyrs John and Paul are saints who lived during the fourth century in the Roman Empire and were martyred in Rome. The year of their martyrdom occurred under Julian the Apostate (361–3) but the exact year is uncertain. The Basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo in Rome is dedicated to them, as is the Basilica di San Zanipolo in Venice ("Zanipolo" being Venetian for "John and Paul"). Since the erection of the Roman basilica, the two saints have been greatly venerated, and since the 5th century, their names have been included in the Roman Canon. Their feast is commemorated on 26 June.

Saint Roderick (Spanish: San Rodrigo)(†857) was a Mozarab Orthodox priest, venerated as one of the Martyrs of Córdoba. Tradition states that he was a Christian priest of Cabra who had two brothers: one was a Muslim, the other irreligious. Once, after his brothers began to fight one another, Roderick attempted to break up the fight. However, they turned on him instead and beat him. When Roderick awoke, he found that his Muslim brother had reported to the authorities that Roderick had converted to Islam. When Roderick maintained his loyalty to the Orthodox religion, he was accused of apostasy from Islam under Sharia law. He was imprisoned and then beheaded along with Salomon at Córdoba.
