Repetto (from the bone of the Blessed Maria Repetto)On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured by a seal of red wax with a partially preserved imprint of a coat of arms of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (commonly known as the Redemptorists). The theca comes in the original silk-covered case of issue accompanied by a white metal medal with the portrait of the Saint, and with the original authentics document issued in 1981 and signed by the Postulator General of the Redemptorists Order on the day of the Beatification.

Blessed Maria Repetto (†1890) was an Italian Roman Catholic professed religious from the Sisters of Our Lady of Refuge in Mount Calvary who was an ardent devotee of Saint Joseph and promoted devotion to him while distributing medals and images of him to those who visited the convent she was at; she also distinguished herself as an able carer for cholera victims on two occasions of the epidemic. Repetto's cause for sainthood was introduced under Pope Pius XII in 1949 and Pope Paul VI named her as Venerable in 1968 after confirming her heroic virtue. Pope John Paul II beatified her in Saint Peter's Square on 4 October 1981. Her feast is celebrated on 5 January.
